Please note: Hotel Colorado is located on the 2nd floor of a building without lift. The Reception is open from 8:00 to 24:00. After check-in, you will have your room key that will allow you access to the hotel 24 hours a day. April, May, June, September, October, New Years Eve and Easter are considered high season. If you wish to visit the Uffizi Gallery the hotel recommends making museum reservations 2 or 3 weeks in advance.

Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and most rooms have en suite bathrooms with shower. Please Note: economy rooms offer shared bathrooms, and breakfast and Wi-Fi connections are not included in the economy room rates.

Travel information
Hotel Colorado is located in via Cavour, between the Duomo and Piazza della Libertà, close to Piazza San Marco. Please note: Car parking is allowed outside the historic city centre, in public areas at an additional cost, or in private car parks. The closest car park, Parterre, is in Piazza della Libertà. If you plan arrive at the bed and breakfast with your car, please contact the reception with the car’s registration number. When you arrive, you can stop in front of the hotel to leave your bags. Hotel staff will then give you directions to the Parterre car park, which isonly 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. By Train: From S.M.Novella railway station, take any bus towards Piazza S. Marco. By Taxi: The ride from the airport is only a 15/20 minute ride, depending on traffic. At night taxis charge a supplement.

The hotel is 15 minutes on foot from S.M. Novella train station, and is conveniently located in the very centre of the city, only 5 minutes from the Duomo Cathedral and 10 from the Uffizi Gallery. The central position allows a profitable use of the efficient public transport system: in S. Marco Square, in the same block of Hotel Colorado, you will find buses for all city destinations. The area is very safe, so you can enjoy Florentine nights in absolute tranquillity. Reception is open from 8:00 to 24:00 and the staff speaks English, French and Italian.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Baby cots are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
